How to register as a legal entity in the Private Virtual Space based on the digital certificate?
As of January 1, 2024, legal entities are required to enroll in the Private Virtual Space to ensure compliance with e-Invoicing requirements.
If you find yourself in this situation, here are the steps you need to follow to benefit from SPV:

  1. Ensure you have an approved and confirmed digital certificate from a provider accepted by ANAF.
  2. Access the website www.anaf.ro and choose the section ➡️ "Registration in the Private Virtual Space" ⬅️

  1. Access "Registration for individual and legal entity users" ➡️ "Legal entities" ➡️ "Registration for users with a digital certificate."

     Fill in the identification details of the applicant (CUI/NIF) and the person (the holder of the digital certificate) in the form.

    Upload the confirmation document (it must be confirmed and signed by the authorized digital signature provider and the certificate holder) and the zip file with documents justifying the applicant's status.

  1. Once you have ensured that you have all the necessary documents uploaded and the personal information is correct, you can submit the request.
  2. Complete the codes received and the phone number, if applicable, in the window displayed by email.
  3. Review the information filled in the form and make sure the information is correct.

In case of approval, you will receive a confirmation message at the email address specified in the application.

Otherwise, you will receive a rejection notification, along with the reason for rejection, at the email address specified in the application.
